I have read the comments from those who are not happy about MM - I think that you are all La Heredia owners. However, as a plot owner now building a house, and also quite involved in monitoring the development of the infrastructure on behalf of the future members of the Comunidad, it is good to report that nearly all the promised infrastructure is now complete, street lighting almost finished, hand over to utility companies done (except for the dreaded Telefonica!) new club house well on the way to completion early new year, new driving range very late but ready this coming week, roads and paths about 95%, and so on. It is well known that La Perla have not excelled at delivering Heredia houses, but for the rest they are really making an effort. There is a new man in charge - who has made a huge difference - and if any Heredia owners have problems with their houses they should talk to Jose Amarante who will deal with it properly. We are looking forward to living at MM permanently, and know several who are already resident. We hope that any owners who are around at the end of each month can join the drinks social at 6pm on the last Friday of each month,  in the golf club bar - a good place to share feelings and facts, and of course have a whinge if required!
