My husband has always dealt with the Spanish saga but he can’t really anymore and I have no idea what’s going on. This is all I know: 

We are part of a class action but don’t know any of the other people in that class

our solicitor is called Eugene Pedreno 

The company is call Mare Nostrum

He attended Alicante court in April 2017

if anyone on here is part of the class action- could I please ask for any information you may have ?

I agree completely with Sally. 

We want our house too but we are pursuing ALL avenues, so we would like to read all threads regarding San Jose and are grateful for any and all  info .

Hi all 

I have been reading the posts on this and the SADM site since before christmas and I am very grateful for the amount of information that can be obtained here, as, needless to say, like a lot of other people whose agents, solicitors etc  fall far short of keeping us up to date with accurate, unbiased news , we would be very much in the dark without your staggering commitment to keep the information fresh and flowing.   

We are on the list of creditors ( i hope) as purchasers with no bank guarentee, so that if it does all go TU, then of course we will be wanting as much of our hard earned deposit money back as possible. 

That said,  the best possible outcome for us would be for the developement to go ahead as planned, and for our property to be completed. 

So we would like to add our voice to yours and say  'WE WANT OUR HOUSE!
