I have decided not to go through with completion and have spoken to my lawyer who tells me that she is having problems retrieving deposits from Banco Pastor, I am obviously extremely worried as I "invested" 50K over 2 years, could I have the name of your lawyer, perhaps he or she could help me on this one, am so tired of all this.

View recent photos of pool and reception area, its looking very good, as you can see the pools have already been filled but stil no sign of a completion date, very strange.

hey there
i was on site 2 days ago and they were filling the pool, i am guessing we should all be notified any day soon, I am in the process of organising a spanish mortgage, Banco de Andulsia seems to be offering the best deal so far......
Does anybody know where owners stand with regards to renting out the apartments??

I am also an irish buyer into Aureus and have been assured by my lawyer than completion will go ahead within a matter of weeks ie end may/june 07 at the latest. I have been told by an agent recently that I should have no problem selling for 240,000 euros plus. Just to assure you that the development looks great now, I was down there 2 weeks and was very impressed with what i saw and am glad that I didn't panic and sell when i first heard about the controversy. I am now in the process of trying to organise a mortgage locally which is as everything in spain proving to be a bit of a headache, any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
