We are currently using a firm, Fonanals solicitors, to try and get our money back from this builder.  We decided not to use AG2 Solicitors because they were going to arbitration.  The case was placed with the court before christmas but as yet a judge still hasnt been appointed and we really have no idea when this will happen and how long the process will take.  Has anyone had any experience of this and if so any information would be much appreciated.
