I'm shortly going to 'complete' on my PW property. I understand there are certain companies or individuals you can use who will join you on your inspection and let you know what snagging needs to be done. I'm actially buying in El Valle but thought I would post it here as La Torre owners have probably more experience.

Ant thoughts/recommendations /contact details would be very welcome

Just found out about this site and I really want to trade info on Phase 1B. I went out there in July and it still seemed months away from finishing, although they said September 06( about a year late) . Now they are writing and telling me November! Does anybody know what's going on?
