Hi Reaper

              We have also brought in CDP on phase 8. We are considering trying to get our money back. Would you suggest sticking with it? esp with the price market the way it is. Where would be the best place to start with trying to get our money back. Any ideas would be helpful esp as you were in the same position. We also live in the midlands in Birmingham.
