That's interesting. We paid €140000 at €1.7 to £1 in 2002. At current values that is a capital gain of £65,000 or £10K per year plus approx  £4k net pa on rentals. I'm not complainig.

Yes Brenda, M7 is more compact than our M2 but it has always been shown to be so on the original brochure map and the model in the sales office; not therefore an idea the developers came up with during the course of the development which is what you seem to suggest. We visited the site in 2001 when it was just a barren landscape, populated only by some earth moving equipment and the where-with-all for erecting the ubiquitous cranes. It was a very wet and cold windy week and therefore very difficult then to imagine how it was all going to turn out, but we took a chance off plan and are very pleased with the result. I hope you will feel the same after M7 has had the chance to mature as ours has.

 Have just returned from a visit to our apartment after 3 years and consider the whole development to be a real jem.

We have seen the plan and are delighted with the proposals except for the possible use of the road for through traffic. There is a more viable route for this road which the planners will realize once they get out of their offices and pay a visit to the site.

We have no worries. Our lawyer has an apartment at LRH and is very unconcerned about all the fuss, so why should we be; especially as corporate speculators are trying to use this period of ''uncertainty'' to play on peoples fears. Their intentions being to drive prices down around the whole of Marbella in preparation for a big buy up for their own investment portfolios.

Anyway, where could they put all the bricks?
