I am looking to buy an apartment in Princess park either two, three or penthouse.

Any ideas what prices are before I start getting estate agents involved?

or does anyone have one they want to sell?

I have been living and working in Marbella for the last two years and would like to buy now I also have recidencia which will make the sale quicker.
