Having just returned from a trip to our apartment we are very concerned about certain aspects are would like to know how others feel.  Main complaint being that the fence gates are not locked and we have seen people from the villas openly using the pool. We thought the pool was to have special locks on the gates.
  The garden area around front of blocks 1 to 4 is not good.  Post boxes vandalised with contents blowing about the site and those not vandalised cannot be used as keys no longer work!  Electric boxes with no doors on the and a dangerous pavement outside blocks 1 to 3.  What are we paying huge amounts of money for maintenance if things are not being done?

Furniture 

We completed in an apartment in block 4 in November 06.  We ordered our furniture from TorreHogar (Linear Mobiliario) in Torrevieja.  They delivered and fitted the furniture.  Plumbed in the washing machine, wired the cooker, fitted all the lights, fittings and bathroom fittings and also fitted the curtain poles and curtains.  They also took away all the rubbish.  We would recommend them.  The manager is a really helpful guy called Jose Ramon.  Hope others find them useful.
