I have spoken to P60 again today and have found out that the keypad to enter the code to open the gates is on the inside of the gates on the gatekeepers hut and you need a key to get through the gate from the outside to get to it.  Didn't anybody think it might be a good idea to put the keypad on the outside.  Incidently there is a keypad on the outside, but dont bother putting the code in that one because (you've guessed it) it dosen't work and it's not for the gates anyway.

Got back today and guess what?  The gates have been re-hung (left hand only I think, the right one still looks like its dragging on the ground when open).  It appears the old zappers wont work however they may be able to be re programmed.  On the front now there is a number pad where you can enter a code for the gates to open, however lets hope they keep the gates open until all residents are aware of the code otherwise it will obviously be forced open and the whole cherade will start again.  
  Does anyone know if visitors will be able to ring the apartment from outside?  Will we be able to open the gates from our apartments ?  or do they expect us to give out the entry code to anybody or walk to the bottom and open the gates ourselves.
(just a thought)

Is it me or is this air con the most expensive luxury ever?
Those of us who rent out our properties will know what I mean when I say that clients dont really bother about bills when they dont have to pay them.
"I'm too hot"  so lets turn on the air con and set it to 16 degrees.
"Now I'm to cold",  so lets open all the windows to let warm air in whilst keeping the air con at 16 degrees.
"Lets go out for the day", but lets keep some of the windows open and the air con at maximum cold so its cool when we return.
Does this sound familiar?
Any way now to the point, does anybody know where I can get a meter that wires into the air con and uses tokens or coins?  
I want to supply clients with free air con and heating when required by means of supplying them with enough tokens or coins for sensible use,  but I would like to charge extra for those who tear the arse out of it (pardon my french).

Its been over a year now, and the grassed area outside block 4 is still a muddy mess with very little grass.
I have bought this to the attention of P60 last year and again this year, but to no avail, the soil is obviously contaminated if the grass hasn't grown by now.  I have requested from P60 a reduction in my fees until this is resolved (some chance!)
has anybody else made similar complaints?
