I have a company renting my property for hiliday lets, if anyone knows of other people or companies whe would be interested in renting my property could they contact me. In need of more bookings to recuperate losses after Spanish tenant stoped paying rent and had to resort to eviction at a big cost thanks

I am having a problem with my tenant, he has not paid rent for six months and his contract has finished but he is still in the property. Can anyone advise me on this situation as i live in the uk money is short so as a last resort getting a solicitor is more expence that i dont have. I dont know my rights in this situation but i am sure lots of people have had this problem is there anyone that has a solution to my problem i wuold be very gratefull.

Hi i have a property in los millares, angel de moraflores. I am living in england and have had a lot of problems with the company i bought my property from (ocean view) . They have since gone bakrupt but my problem is that it is currently being handled by one of their ex employies but i am not happy with the renal returns i am getting. I am in need of someone in the area to take on my property dealing with all aspects of renting . If anyone is interested or know of anyone who would be interested could you please get in touch Thank you.
