 Any update when the gates will be fully operational...we are quite attached to the piece of wood as a work around..but fully functioning gates would be a novelty !

Hi the water cupboards at each entrance seem ideally situated for the water meter...and maybe in the cupboards on each landing for electricity...not sure if  'smart metering' services are fully utilised everywhere for all utilities...if they are situated inside each dwelling , taking readings will be problematic for the reading agencies I would have thought...another journey into the unknown !!

Hi...we have friends with a place in the Port who indicated the price is dependant on the load..theirs is 6kw...but did say it 'trips' out if you have a couple of high juice appliances on together...maybe that is why we have a raised capacity ??

Our solicitor retained funds...when we have been billed I'll let you know....shame the free vend has ended...nice while it lasted !

Not sure if meters are inside apartments...or in a designated cupboard area.....for emergency purposes... if they needed to isolate a supply...?? we will wait and see I guess.

Re the TV....we live in hope and ache-ing fingers from keeping them crossed !! Just like Deal or No Deal !!

An echo from us...we had another grumble about it last week when we were there...and worryingly they said unless we were in receipt of a 'letter' we wouldn't get one...even though in the meeting in May it was openly agreed that all who had been promised one as part of the early completion we were all party too...would get the promotional TV.

The sales office said the usual...'they are on the way next week'.....and for the first time in 18 months....they were right ! Great news for the lucky ones...just hope they honour our agreements.

We have registered with the Administrator...as told to ...and I asked Ken & Lynn if thye had this 'letter'...but Ken said not...so we are eagerly awaiting our delivery !!!! Once again...more finger crossing !!!...

Upon completion our solicitor retained funds for the power connection as they deal with the switch for you...we have had a reply basically stating it's all under control, they have a dedicated resource , and that there is no need to panic...so fingers crossed !! We'll see...
