Hello all,

I have just recieved,as im sure most of you involved here will have also a letter from Criado and Kraus explaning (in a way) what seems to be going on over in Spain with Alcaucin.  Its been a very long time now and Im starting to get seriously worried that this case will never end or be resolved?  Does anyone know any different?  Have any of you had similar experiences with these situations?  Everything I had went into this.

Are there people that are interested in getting Jose over to explain things in more detail as he mentioned?  As the letters,although in English really go round and round the houses and dont really fill in the gaps as I would like.

with regards to the comercial centre that has not been started yet!  Can someone please tell me where you stand if you sign the contract for completion when the build is only 95% complete?

Under law will it ever have to be finished once you/we sign?  Or as its in the initial contract is is guaranteed?
