I have sent an email to solicitor and copied it to you and others about this! Hopefully will get a reply at start of week. Think everyone wants to go ahead but all of us will want to have to pay out as little as possible now..this whole situation has been an expensive one!

To all members who have "bought" in ocean greenery.....

Looks like there may be some movement now with possible legal route similar to that successfully taken by keith rule..google him. Maria Luisa de Castro solicitors advertised on EOS site and some of us have contacted her regardin possible case. Can anyone interested contact as more who take part , more chance of success and lower costs to us all!!
