Problem solved.  It was a dodgy connection in the outside cupboard.  Just loosened and re-tightened the connections and all working again.  Thanks 👍

Hi all.  Arrived today for hols and no TV channels being received.  Two different makes of TV, two rooms, same problem.  We were here mid November and all was fine.  Anyone know what the problem might be as have seen nothing generally about the TV service changing?  Thx

Hi all.  We're in a villa but our pool was contaminated and all of the electircal bits ruined.  I contacted our insurers who eventually referred me to the Consortium and we got a surprisingly quick visit from an inspector and a subsequent request to provide details such as NIE, confirmation of insurance etc.  Anyway, to cut a long story short, we've just recd payment that is around 90% of the cost of the repairs so all in all, very happy.  Mike

Hi.  I have a villa on phase 2 and some scumbags have broken in and taken the swimming pool pump and tried, unsuccessfully, to add the blower.  According to the service engineer, (at least) two other homes on Roda have suffered the same fate recently so please keep an eye out for any suspicious activity and check to make sure you have good locks etc protecting your equipment.  Mike
