Hi

We visited in March and decided to purchase a two bed ground floor apartment with a large terrace, had a e-mail from La Vida Spain yesterday saying the bank are increasing the prices by 5,OOO euros at the end of July. You may have to increase your buget but still a good time to buy and it is well worth it, as it lovely.

Hi we all so started buying in march but are having problems with the bankia it seems thay cant get there head around new money laundering laws lets hope thay sort them selfs out soon. All the best tony

We're in the same boat, buying in block 28, started begining April waiting on bank to release same document, we're all ready to go. Booked to go out on the 22rd of June but time is running out to get air conditioning, cleaning and furnished, think we will have to rent aswell which will be very disapointing.
