We purchased on the block 6 and have decided not to go ahead with the completion. I have had numerous e-mail excvhanges with OVP and have really gone nowhere over the past year.

Has anyone else recieved from Jet Oil via OVP a letter today (26/07/07) stating that if the contracts are not signed and completed then they intend to cancel the contract  and keep all the money that they have been paid.

If anyone in the West Midlands/ Birmingham area are in a similar position I would like to know and I am interested in pursuing this matter as a member of a group.

I have just joined the forum and we purchased a property on phase 3.I have had repeated conversations with OVP about the development and we have decided not too proceed with the completion. According to the contract we are entitled to 50% of the deposit back. I have been trying to recover all of our money. The spanish lawyer we hired has run out of steam. has anyone else tried to recover their money?If you have I would welcome an e-mail from you and if you know of a good lawyer i would welcome an e-mail address, fax or telephone number.
