I bought a house in Polaris and my lawyers took care of everything, they requested the NIE, I provided a Power (power of attorney) for me to do it from the UK, and conducted the entire buying process with all legal guarantees without having to go to Spain. In my case it was worth it to hire a lawyer to avoid problems and to give me reassurance that everything was legally correct.If it’s of any help my lawyers on this matter were MJ Carrillo Lawyers
