We too are in Penthouse 7 & have been very frustated with people using our space as its near the gate but mainly because it happens to be in the shade. We are fortunate it is in the shade but regardless of this we would park wherever our allocated spot was. Its bad enough when you see people in your block parking there but when you see them walk over from the jardins &  then park both a scramble bike & a car it is very annoying. The same person owns both the bike & the car & has apparently been asked to move the bike by security but all that happened was he moved it two spaces away.
