We bought off-plan  3 years ago and are trying to figure out how much a third-party over priced our unit.  If anyone with a penthouse, 3 bed-2 bath  would be willing to disclose what they paid, I would be so thankful for the information.  I know property values have not gained, but for what they are asking for some of them now, we are trying to get to the bottom of what happened to us.  If you would email me with any information, we would be incredibly appreciative!  mevtimov@hotmail.com

I know this is old, but I have a penthouse unit , that I am willing to sell at a steal!  I will take a loss on the unit, just to not have to complete the mortgage!  We are Americans and it is simply too difficult to manage from so far! So, if anyone is interested, I have one available for a steal!!!
