Hi to all.

Been informed that the apartments in phase III have failed the final inspection. Lifts are not working.  Front access is not completed and decorating inside some of the apartments is not finished.  Also some of the sinks in the kitchens are not fitted.  Atlas have said that the next inspection will not be carried out until early January now.  It will probably be February now before anyone in Phase III gets to complete.  Sorry to be the bearer of bad news but we feel the same.  Hope you all have a great Xmas and New Year.

We have just had an e-mail to say our property which is on the top floor, phase III, overlooking the orange groves has been released back to Atlas for final inspection.  Aparently final inspection should take place by the end of this week and then our completion letter will be sent to us with all the details.  Anyone who is still waiting on Phase III, I would suggest contacting Atlas to find out, as they are not very forthcoming with information unless you contact them.

We are booked to go over to Spain from Friday 29th December until Saturday 6th January.  If our apartment is not finished then (Phase 3) does anybody have their apartment available for rent during that period?

We are buying in phase 3 top floor over-looking the orange groves.  We were told by our bank that the builder has informed them that completion will be Mid November.  Our bank is the same bank that the builder uses and therefore they have alot of contact with them.  Hopefully this will be the case as we would like to complete before Christmas.  Will let you know if we get any update.
