As I understand it from my lawyer in Marbella, 30th June is the very last date for them to complete without us asking to pull out with a full refund. It doesn't look like it will happen before then does it??

Don't rush to book your party guys. I was there last week and there's no sign of any workers working on a road or anything else for that matter. not much chance of rental now for the first year of ownership
