Firstly I don’t recall insulting anyone in any of my post, so thank you for showing your true colours (Chief).

Any effort to destroy or make unpleasant has been created by Mr Sgt Bilko and Co, by putting sand around where the lake has been built up so that the dogs now foul in this area and behind Sgt Bilko´s house, Never mind him fly tipping his rubbish in the campo so that children could get hurt or endanger our natural wild life.

If you want to do something constructive why not pursue with the local authorities to put bins around so that dog owners can discard of their dogs mess.

Also the lake should have a gate for easy access in case of emergency and there should be lifesaving equipment around it. As for the dogs most will only go in for a drink or a quick swim, but it is not his or your decision to make this rule up.

Consideration for the elderly and young down the ally way, well an elderly person with a walking stick or frame would find it a struggle getting passed these rocks, never mind a mother with a push chair, so these residents don’t have rights then in your eyes. If a child on a bicycle fell on these rocks who would be liable? BMS have installed bollards and no other alley requires rocks in the middle so why does this one.

However you are correct I should speak with Mr Sgt Bilko, but did he speak to every one in the community regarding his actions, I think not, my point is that nobody should be doing any reforms as they please around areas that concern the whole of the community of Huerta Nueva. As your nick suggest too many Chiefs and not enough Indians.

I will speak with the local authorities regarding these issues when I return to Spain in a fortnight, as this is the correct procedure.

Kind Regards

Martin

Who does Sgt Bilko from Nº 22 Los Limoneros think he is, the lake or the alley way are not an extension of his garden, he does not have any power from the ayuntamiento Los Gallardos to make any decision regarding what or who goes in the lake or putting rocks in the alley ,  but he keeps blocking up holes in the ground around the lake  and putting rock in the alley (WHY) ??????

This man is the first to complain about DOG POO or gets petitions saying that we cant hang washing in our front gardens, but on the other hand, he can dump his rubbish in the campo, keep the alley untidy with his water bottles and rocks, build around his house illegally with NO small reform licence using Russian builders and not paying I.V.A. The outside wall of his property where his put facia stone and looks a mess, this belong to the ayuntamiento as its on the roadside.

These people also dont care about the environment they water their garden three times a day, now  at 3 ´Clock in the afternoon when its the hottest the water just evaporates and the plants tend not to like this,  he also leaves his fairy and spot lights on all night so that the bats can see where they are going.

Also the Spanish think that it is RUDE walking around the streets with out no shirt on, and this seems to be happening more often with the English residents around Huerta Nueva, in the past you could get fined by the Guardia for this, If your hot go to the pool.................

People seem to forget that we are in Spain and the rules are not the same as in England

I would like people to comment on the above

Kind Regards

Martin
