Hi All 

We are still working with Maria but things are still going very slow and to be fair the amount of information coming back to us on the state of play is not as good as it could be. We have asked Maria's team for detailed status of where we are in the process of getting our refunds back and to give us an idea of the steps we need to follow but this dosent seems to be very clear. 

Don't get me wrong we are making more progess that we have ever done before but this seems to be a very slow process.

Hello All 

Its been a long time since posting on here and not sure if anyone is still reading these posts but we seem to have some progress in trying to obtain our refunds back.

Following on from Maria post "Refunds from Banks even when no Bank Guarantee was issued" we have just been informed that Maria has now submitted a Lawsuit has has been presented to Courts on 2nd of February 2012.

We will now have our fingers crossed hoping to hear some positive new in the coming months
