Hi Folks

I own a 2 bed apt in El Rincon which I rent out.  Costs for electric have risen and I'm finding it hard to keep tabs on running costs.

Do any residents have any ideas what one months runing costs are for a 2 bed apartment this time of year? Ball park figures will do - just a general idea.

I understand we can't view the meters either in the garage to check on accuracy, this seems unreasonable what do you think?

Latest from my agent is that phase 2 won't be released until September the builder Gomendio is apparently preparing a letter to explain the reason.

Your photos of El Rincon, presumably taken from your balcony directly look at where we are purchasing so I updates will be of interest.  It's the pics taken in September with the Limo in the bottom of the picture

I have a 2 bed apartment being built on this development.  Anyone out their already got one.  Whats the feel of the place.... any problems.  Was the property finished properly.. Any tips etc.  I scheduled to take delivery in summer 2007... hopefully!
