I have rang the number and spoken to a guy who speaks good english called Raymon -- on

0034965845781 ---- all we have to do is transfer the funds into the jardines account with apartment number and name.

It was a service charge not ground rent,my letter was in Spanish to,so that was my shot in the dark......and he also mentioned that they were to have a meeting this month to review the amount of the quarterly payment --- could go up,could go down ???  Fingers crossed on that 1.

 How's everything looking out there.Is Marco still working...how's the pool area looking and are there any problems which are different to the initial 1's.Have we now got full access to the gates??

I hear that there is a massive house being built next door  ..... sounds very impressive .... is Roman Abromavich moving in ???

I have received a letter today re ground rent for Jardines.Not to sure where i have to send or transfer payment to.Can anyone who has already done this give me some advice,

Hi everybody,

   We have just found this sight and have been reading through all of the info that you have been exchanging over the past months and years.We purchased g6 in 2004,so like others we have seen the property rise from the ground.At long last we are almost there!!

     I spoke to ballester a few days ago and they seem to think that the completion of the building work will still be as anticipated and the certificate of habitation will take about 3-7 days to come through.I noticed that a few have been allowed inside,did you measure the rooms,if so are the floor plans accurate to the scale intially given,this would be really helpfull if anyone did have exact measurments as soon we will be ordering furniture.
