Currently with and have been from when the apartment was purchase off plan, Bankia(Caja Madrid). Not the best bank by any stretch of the imangination. Purchased the property with an old business partner, who wanted out, asked if Bankia would take their name off the mortgage and was told no. Then asked if i could re-mortgae and again was told no. The problem is in 2009 the interest was 6.4% and still is!!!.

Does anyone have any contacts to process a new mortgage ??

I was wondering if there has been any progress on the hotel, as i have not been out to the complex since july 2010?

I have not had much contact with Juan and would like to know if the hotel and surrounding has moved on at all ?

HI we own a property on the complex.

I was out there 4 weeks ago and Juan (the sales rep) tells me that the hotel has not got an owner at the moment, thee developers of our complex are trying to buy it.

He also mentioned that they are begining to tidy up the roads and roundabouts leading upto the site.

I have had nothing but problems with my air con has anybody else had any problems??

All in all i think once the hotel is completed and all the area brought upto spec, the complex will be absolutley fantastic.

Hi

we have purchased an apartment on the same complex,all that we have had is problems from the developer-late completion date,no services connected(still) and little feed back.

But hopefully it will be worth it in the end,hope the hyatt hotel gets finished soon as this is spoiling the complex in the way of renting and or selling the property.

We have purchased a 2 bed in block D which to be honest is fantastic along with the views.

Trying to get out in May ourselves
