Hi, im not sure if anyone can help on here...havent used this forum for a long time. Long story short...i purchased an apartment in Duquesa (Coto Real) about 13 years ago off plan...& paid high percentage of the inital deposit. If my memory serves me right, i know there was a delay a couple of years later with the development. Because of this & funds on my part...i never got to see the finished apartment. This put put me in a terrible position regading finacing the deal. I thought at the time i could at least get my deposit back or some at it at least. So i just walked away or would have to find another 15000 euros to fight the case.

So a few years now have gone by & you here things about people in a similar position to myself getting their monies through court.

The problem i have...& heres the crunch, i have mislaid or lost all my paperwork regarding the purchase....& i was wondering if anyone on here would have any contact information they are willing to share..regarding their purchase around this time? All i have is proof of about 6 payments leaving my bank account & going to Sol bank...then from there onto the developers. (Over a 2 year period)

If anyone could help with my situation, so i at least i can see if i have i have a case worth going for?

I remenber a couple a couple i used to chat to..who were about to move into there apartment at the time, but i cant remember the names?? Hope you maybe reading this?

The apartment by the way was in the Samos block.

Hi,

can anyone recommened any life assurance companies...needed for my mortgage completion of course! Do they have to be a spanish company or is it easier just to use a UK one?

Hi everyone...

does anyone know why samos hasnt got its own pool...i could have sworn on the original plans it had one to be built??  .....or are we supposed to share the one in front of khios? (looks a bit small for khios ...when the block is full let alone anyone else!!)
