What is the purpose of this e-mail?
Is it to warn us owners that we are going in the wrong direction?
What about the other Level 1 presidents?
I don’t want to be run by volunteers, that clearly doesn’t work.
I would also like the resort run by a professional company that IS ACCOUNTABLE to his employer, us the owners.
As always there are always 2 sides to every story. I am sure that Mr Tann has made mistakes or do not fully understand the Spanish culture.
I am Dutch, but live in UK. Yes there are differences but as ML manage a resort with alot of Non Spanish owners, our cultures much be taken into consideration, as well as us the foreigners must take the Spanish culture in to consideration.
I don’t know Mr Tann, I don’t know any at ML, but I am sure that all of you have the best of our interests at heart. As ML is a company they must also look at theirs and that is to make money.
ML considers to be a professional company, please resolve this issue professionally.
Although I do think the personal attack is not very professional, I do appreciate the communication to advise us owners that matters are not as good as they appear. I also agree that L1 presidents should tell us if they have major problems with ML. We can then ask you to respond to the problems raised, which they don't
However apart from the water irrigation situation we have not been informed of any problems. I know the presidents are volunteers, but they must communicate those issues before they escalate.
ML do have my support in resolving the situation with all 3 L1 presidents.
I trust you will do that in a professional manner.
As to the accusations of tax evasion, IF it is true I cannot condole it. We also run a company, pay corporation tax, VAT, PAYE etc etc. That is how the system works in Europe. Any deliberate tax evasion which give a company/person an advantage over an above board company is immoral. End of.. but i do say "IFit is true"
