Hello. I am writing on behalf of Marina d’Or to clear up a couple of subjects that have been published on this forum.; first of all, the subject of guaranteed rental. Marina d’Or guarantees by contract one year’s guaranteed rental from the moment of purchase of the apartment. Once the year is over, the company does not commit itself to being able to guarantee rental for any further time.

On the other hand, I would like to clarify that Marina d’Or has no relationship whatsoever with the company called Alexander Homes/Estate. We have no knowledge of any of the activities carried out by this company.
