received  email from aldea administrators with form to fill in with personal details and to give info on what i have paid out to aldea and got back but when i clicked on home it came up with global property forum? has anyone else received this? have sent it on to miguel to sort for the old alarm bells are ringing again!!

I received phone calls and emails last week, but i am already taking aldea to court and so have a lawyer.. I also wasnt sure it wasnt a scam? but maybe they could help.. for 200 euros you will have a report on how the law stands with your particular circumstances as i understood it? for them to proceed or for you to engage whoever? why dont you send a message to maria on this site to see if she has heard of them? she replys promply. web@costaluzlawyers.es

Yes aldea sent me bankruptcy papers today, and emailed me them 2 days ago so they are in big financial trouble as they have been keeping clients money after cashing in there bank guarantees... that is old news as stated on this site 6months ago!! they are thieves as well as liars. so get yourself a goooooooooooood... lawyer, as many of us have done and started group action in same relevant cases.

I think it a terrible shame if there are people out there still thinking its all still gonna happen or dont know what to do.. we can help each other by communicating! so make contact?

Has anyone else received bankruptcy notice from aldea? I wonder if they have received the news that they are being taken to court by numerous clients!! and trying this tactic to try put us off, surely they must know a good lawyer can find out if they have assets or not before the actual court case.. any views on this??
