We are putting irrigationsystem and plants thats why it dosent open until june, as their work is quite advanced , with some luck it will open earilier.

dear all,
please see recently taken photos of calle geranio, our next project the pool area has already started, I must say that for us who lives here all year around, this is wonderful! It is so nice to see green plants, bouganvillas ( the pink plants) and palmtrees!!
have a wonderful weekend, we have rain overhere.

hi,
my name is maria i am the vice president in the commuity. Everythings goes with the price, the apartments are being sold cheap , for being close to everything and they are basic, you get what you pay for. We are a wonderful mixture of people living here, i do agree that the communtiy is complicated in many ways, it takes a lot of pacientes for owners to see things grow and for the comuntiy to get more stabilized. We have now had the main street calle geranio planted with wonderful palmtrees and we are gettting the pool ready for this summer. The pool this year opens the first of june, meanwhile i suggest people use the miraflores clubhouse pool. there is no way to controll renters, hopefully the owners are responsale and doesent let it to just anyone. The security is not that bad, i have lived here for 2 years and never had a problem. please feel free to contact me. We have signs by all entrence gates with phonnumber to FRANJUS (security company of miraflores) that we can call if we see something rare or unknow people moving around in the area.
step by step we are coming there but it depends of our work as neighbours and our caring for this place.

for everyones information the pool will open the 1st of june this year. This because we are planting and installing irrigations system in the pool area. I hope for everyones understanding.
