Hi, I appreciate that Valor catastral values has already been discussed in a thread in May but  I am about to pay my Spanish tax via a 3rd party as I am in the UK and I need to know the Valor catastral Value for a 3 bed unit in block 4. Does anybody know these values or can connect me with someone who can help. Unfortunately my Spanish is not  good enouh to discuss this with the tax office staff at Manilva. I seem to recall there was a man who met with the council on a weekly basis who advertised in the sur but not sure i he still does this. Thanks for reading. Malcolm

Have just opened a bank statement from sabadell to see   cuoto extra Eur 64.73 going to  CP Duquesa Village. Not sure what this is for. We pay our fees direct debit and are not in debt. Would appreciate it if anyone can explain this or provide me with a link to an english speaking AEA rep ( if they stll exist )

Hi, Am a new member and owner at DV but live in UK. Am paying IBI via direct debit with no real problems but been told that I need to pay 'Renta' tax . It has been suggested that a Michael Alineck knows how to obtain IBI bills which have property cadastral value shown enabling payments to be made. If any of you have completed this process I would appreciate your advice.
