Dear Members , Do AEA still administer Duquesa Village community fees from the office in the port. Is there a contact for owners. If not who administers community fees now.

Does anybody know how I can find out the valor catastral for a 3 bed in Duquesa Village ( Block 4 ) as I did not get my IBI Bill and need to inform a 3rd party of the valor catastral so my forms can be prepared prior to paying in the bank. Would be great if another owner of 3 bed would be prepared to share the value. Thanks for reading. Malcolm
