Hi I have a place just up from yours I seem to recall the community has to be set up first and insurance taken out  first   legally signs have to be put up around the pool giving depths no Diving etc also residents have the right to close pool  between 2-5 as this is the Spanish siesta time which is the time everybody wants a dip!
