Like most others we have initiated the recovery of deposits but are not holding our breath.

It is my view that we will be lucky to see our money before the developer completes and resells the properties.

Hi All.

We are having similar worries with this situation and would be interested in getting involved in a group claim to retrieve monies.

Has anyone tried an approach through IAP to investigate or negotiate out of the contracts prior to the 30th March?

Where would we meet to discuss this further, as I feel we need to do a face to face in the presence of the appointed solicitor?

Obviously as we are scattered up & down the country it would be sensible to be in the Manchester / Birmingham region. We are in Scotland.

Many thanks for information on this development we aqppreciate your information. We do remain sceptical about IAP's projections very optimistic as usual but given the situation....... Think we will see what March 08 brings and decide what to do then. We did hope to get over to visit and see what was happening but you have given us a good idea of what it is like so will just hang fire just now. Thnaks once again

Hi Everyone

We have purchased through Instant Access  on this development and according to them flat will now be ready March 2008. We are interested in finding out as much as possible regarding this area so any comments would be very welcome, we also hope to mvisist later in the year. Hope to hear from you soon!
