we are now at a desperate state the court went with the bank again for the 3rd time they are going to have this looked at but we feel this is never going to be won 

My question once the final No comes would we be able to do a new case just based on us rather than part of a group

This is fabulous News but not all the courts seem to be seeing the legal side that is been presented some spanish region courts seem better in moving forward than others seems so wrong !
