hi andy

             had a phone call from mati last week,she told me that phase11 would be completed in 10 or 11 months time.so i take it they must have received planning permission to go ahead,my original date was nov this year, so being realistic,counting on march 2009.

only thing i am concerned about is the euro?at present is costing me about £18.000 more. any more info comes up will notify you.

          am deeply concerned,paid deposit march 2007 was told completion nov 2008 on my prop.

          have geared everything up for then any advice or help on what to do would be very helpful. cheers
