Thanks for the feedback Parcela and Babsy...will hopefully get some time next week to read through the blogs and update....seems we are all in the same boat! It gives me some light  knowing that I am not the only one in this position!

I have just come across this site and I am yet another person who has been stung by Palmera and Urbasa-I visited Urbasa last year and had a meeting with them. They admitted breach of contract, I expressed I would like my hard earned money back and they agreed that when they were in a finacial position to do so they would refund....when they have sold off some assetts! Since then I have heard nothing until I received an e-mail from Urbasa stating that a Mr Hanania Melouil received the funds from us not them.........WHY didn't they mention that before? I find Palmera useless and since they have closed down  one of their offices in Alicante I find them very hard to get hold off. Please advise of your groups actions and I hope it is not too late for me to be included. This has been going on for n5 years now and I for one have had enough....I want my money back. I am planning another visit to Urbasa in Oct 08
