We are due to payaour suma tax (local rates I think)  When we go to the bank with our bill can we pay by Debit or Credit Card or has it got to be cash .  Does anyone know

Hi:

I have a Spaish mortgage of 139000 Euro with Cajamar bank which was reduced by 70 euro because of the court case concerning the mortgage rate and rules..  .

on a spanish mortgage  calculator we should be paying approx 515 euros  We have been informed by our bank that our interest rate is 2.028% on 139000 over 30 years  and our monthly payment is now  612 euros instead of 700 euros ..  This is because they informed us that they calculate their interest by the FRENCH CONSTANT SHARE  could any one explain what is the FRENCH CONSTANT SHARE  Could anyone advise us on what they think we should be paying
