Thought I would post details of an extremely helpful company we have used to assist with the setting up of the mortgage on our property. Her details are as follows:-

We were having major problems communicating with Spanish banks & simply felt we were being ignored. With only 4 weeks to complete and no mortgage arranged we contacted Sharon and can only say that she has been an absolute godsend. For a small fee she will arrange your mortgage, assist with all documentations that the bank requires & is communicating with Polaris & our solicitor regarding nota simple, construction license & habitation certificate. I have not had to deal with anything at all since Sharon has taken over.
I'm aware that they will also be receiving commission from the bank however I can honestly say that I could not get an offer that has even come close to what Sharon has managed to get for us.
Honestly if you are still looking to mortgage I would contact Sharon asap.
