Hi Grover & Jogary.

We have also been notified that we are soon to go to the notary. This information we take lightly for we have been told this twice before and found it to be just another ploy to extract more money from us. We spoke to our solicitor and he is going to check if this information is correct or not.

Hi  we would like to know how many people are still waiting for snaggings to be done. We have major problems and a pool which resembles a cesspool, not forgetting  no electric or water .

HI we have heard conflicting stories as to what the money is for. . Having paid nearly all the money and have got lots of  major snaggings we dont want to pay any more money at the moment.

If we pay now when will they be back for more.
