Hi All

Just to let you know we have today also had a full refund on our aprtament plus costs. A big thank you to our solicitor Gonzalo @ Abogados Ross, Aguilas (Murcia). We will look forward to looking for something else that does not involve sharks like ATLAS INTERNATIONAL !!!!

We wish you all sucess with the completion of the block, and a big thank you to all the new friends we got to know while we battled to get news from various sources over the past months.

Today I had confirmation from our solicitor that there is NO Hab Cert, this has been confirmed by the Town Hall we are just waiting for it to be confirmed in writing from them!!

Hi

I have just put the phone down from lesley at Atlas and she has told me all their clients are completing and all documentation is in place?? I did say I thought we were waiting for town hall and she is under the illusion that is now all through!!

But we have had no communication from them and have not been told any of this, its only because I had to contact them on another matter I found out!!

Any body know any more please let us know.
