Firstly apologies for our apathy in posting threads, we are the group of four friends who are phase one stalwarts!!

We  read the site regularly but have only posted once before. We bought in phase one in May 2005! Not much showing for our money yet but we live in hope!

We were originally plot 160 but are now plot 145.

We would be very interested to know what happens when the bank guarantee expires and the more  cynical amongst us may wonder if this is what the builders are waiting for.

Our completion date was supposed to be Jan. 2007 so hopefully they'll only be about 18 months behind schedule!

Really enjoy reading the updates and look forward to having a round of golf and a glass of  vino in the not too distant future. Ever the optimists!!

Hi Folks

We are a group of 4 friends who have (hopefully) purchased a Triana on plot 145 phase 1. We were originally plot 160 but the plot numbers and square meterages appeared to change when the planning department insisted that the Solero Brothers amended the proposals for the apartments. The blocks were, I believe, originally slightly overlapping each other.

We are a tad fed up with the empty promises of completion dates and delays. We have decided to resign ourselves to the fact that completion will not be for at least another 12 months and just hope and pray that completion will actually happen!!

It would be interesting to know which agents others have purchased through. Ours is through "Spanish Homes Abroad".
