It cost us about 847 euros, the rate of exchange was better then, but it has been money well spent.  I suppose what you have to weigh up is the cost say replacing your boiler and washing machine.  We had a chap called Natcho (not sure how his name is spelt) and Duquesa Estates (who manage our property) recommended him.

Hi Maureen and Dennis

We have an apartment in Khios (301) and last year we had double glazed windows installed (on the inside. The panels on the side are fixed but the front section is divided and can open a little each side or either section fully to the middle. We are very pleased with the result becaue when we visited in January and April this year the utility room was clean and dry and no signs of the boiler or washing machine rusting!!
