We canot believe such a thing  has happened, You were doing such a stirling  and might I say unenviable job. We are so sorry this has happened to you, when all you were doing was acting on our behalf.  I think you should name and shame these residents, because such disgusting behaviour can not and will not be tolerated. Please accept our heartfelt thanks for all you and the commitee has done
