Hi All.

We are halfway through the process of purchasing an aparment at Hacienda del Alamo and expect to get keys in the next few weeks. As we are new to the area, i wondered if anyone could recommend some trusted and reliable painters/decorators for us to use. We wish to give the apartment a fresh coat of paint, change wall tiles in the kitchen, hang some folding doors to the ensuite, lay some fake grass to our terrace.

Also does anyone know when the next AGM is?
