I have just contacted my lawyer to ask that they contact Aifos with regard to the refund for the electricity/water and have been told by my lawyers that this issue is something I will have to discuss with the Community Administrator, or the president of the community, as they are the ones in charge of these kind of issues.   Can anyone let me know if this is the case and if anyone else has had any joy in getting a refund from Aifos.

I am sending this message on behalf of my sister-in-law who owns an apartment in Block 2 (2D).  As I live in Spain and she lives in the UK she has only been out a few times to see the apartment and currently has it up for sale.  She really needs to know how much the community fees are per month and when in fact owners started paying the fees.  She has never received any letters or details regarding the payment of these fees and how much in deed they are.  She wants to pay the arrears and set up a direct debit if need be.  My husband's mother-in-law also owns a penthouse in Block 2 and yet again has not paid any fees because has never received any correspondence etc.  I have sent an e-mail to the President but has yet have not had a reply but was wondering if anyone out there can help me.  I live in Calahonda so am closed by if there is any information anyone can give me.
