Hello!

We have an apartment in phase 1 which we had great sucess at renting last year through a management company.  However so far this year they have only produced three days for us!

Of course we are advertising on various web sites but I think the overall attitude from them at the moment is that they are doing better at MMGR and so can't really help!

We are tied into linen packages and key handling as well as post etc. 

Have anyone a rental company they can recommend? 

Any advice would be very gratefully received.

We were rescued by a wonderful man called John Bates.  He lives on the Mar Menor near Cabo de Paolos but was so helpful after a rather chaotic completion.  He changed locks, fitted clips on the blinds to prevent them being lifted, fitted lights, shower screen and becuase when we completed we didnt have any electriicty we couldnt put in the white goods, he sourced them for us - and saved us a forture - and was there to install them.  He even stored furniture for us.  Is in there now putting up the last of the curtains and just quoting for a extension to the worktop in the kitchen.  Really cant speak highly enough of him.
