Weve been informed by our solicitor that for as long as there is still building works going on and the development hasn't ceased the bank has refused our money back,even though we have a guarantee. I just feel like our hands are tied an the contract aint worth the paper it's written on.....

Hi everyone who has bought at la condesa, luckly by chance i have just discovered this site ,only to find out much more than even my solicitor can tell me. We r in the process of trying to get back deposit,can any one tell me if they have heard of a completion date ?
